Exchange Policy

Please contact us via email at atelierbrunaamsterdam@gmail.com, let us know your order number and what is the new item you wish to have.

The time period to exchange an item is 10 days from the date of delivery of the order.

 • To do this, we ask that the products are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise we will not be able to help you.

• Please send the item using its original packaging, along with any instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany it. Use the original packaging that we sent you, as this can be reused!

• The customer must send the product to be returned to our workshop at their own expense.

• Once the return is confirmed by email, we will carry out the exchange.
